Frequently asked questions.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit will go towards the final cost of your order!

How soon should I book my wedding bouquet preservation?

The sooner the better! It is best to book your bouquet preservation when you are in the process of booking other wedding vendors. We understand wedding planning can be overwhelming and floral preservation can be an after thought - no worries as we are usually able to accommodate last minute orders, but it is best to secure your spot ahead of time, especially during the busy seasons! I am currently taking orders for 2025.

Do you preserve memorial florals?

Yes - we are so honored for the clients that have trusted us with their special florals.

Would my florals look better in a shadow box or pressed frame?

This is a question we get all of the time! We are happy to recommend one or the other based on the type of florals you have. You can always reach out and send a photo of your bouquet or tell us the type of florals you will have and we will guide you!

Can I ship my bouquet to you?

Yes, we accept shipped bouquets from all over the US. Drop offs are also available if you are local to Cincinnati, Ohio. Once you book, I will send address and shipping instructions if needed.

What is the turnaround time?

Floral preservation is a meticulous and detailed process that takes time. We anticipate a 16-18 week turnaround time and will contact you when your order is completed. We will take great care of your blooms!

Will the florals last forever?

Over the years, we have fine tuned our floral preservation techniques. We use a multi-technique approach to every bouquet, as each individual flower preserves differently. As time goes on, the florals will fade and form a vintage look, but will physically last in the frame forever. We love seeing the natural beauty of the floral changes over time, therefore we do not use color correcting techniques.

Can you preserve already dried florals?

We have worked with many clients who still have their wedding bouquet from years ago! We offer two options. A shadow box can be the perfect way to display your already dried flowers. Another option is to have a florist recreate your wedding bouquet so we can preserve the fresh florals in either pressed or shadow box form. If you have questions specific to your bouquet, fill out the inquiry form, and we will help you!

What is the aftercare for my preserved floral frame?

It is best to place your floral frame out of direct sunlight and out of humid environments. For example, do not place your floral frame in a window, bathroom or damp basement.

Are florals preserved in a shadow box more fragile than pressed?

Shadow boxes tend to have more fragility due to the florals not being pressed and locked into place like the pressed frames do. We glue down every single flower in both shadow boxes and pressed frames, however, overtime florals can become more brittle which could cause small fragments to fall in the shadow boxes. If this happens, there is an easy fix :) The florals are all glued, so it is simple to remove the backing and get any fragments that have fallen down.
